Meet Alexus

Hi There! I'm Alexus, Owner + Content Creator + Decorator, and everything else behind A Luxé Cake Studio.

Growing up, I've always been in charge of making baked goods for my family holidays. So I've always been intrigued by baked goods, not knowing this would turn into a full-blown passion of mine in 2020. Before starting my baking career, I was an aspiring makeup artist. So I have always had a creative side of me. April 2020 is when I decorated my first cake, which drove my passion for starting my cake business in 2021.

I knew I wanted to create beautiful and aesthetically pleasing cakes with delicious and one-of-a-kind flavors. My creations are a part of each client's special day and once-in-a-lifetime moments, so I pride myself on going the extra mile for every cake and confection that goes out of my studio.

I like to spend my free time with my two boys and husband when I'm not baking. I also really enjoy sightseeing in Dallas and trying new restaurants.
